Creativity coaching is a mixture of reflection and activities explored through a constructive dialogue focused on your creative work and life. You receive support, encouragement, reflection, idea generation, and gentle course correction. Within our sessions you will find a safe environment to be honest with yourself in assessing strengths and weaknesses and determining what actions to take to make progress attaining your creative goals.

HOW DOES E-COACHING WORK?
My style of coaching is a comprehensive coaching program that uses methods personalized to your individual goals and needs to help you create the life that you really want to be living. It is for those who truly want to find peace of mind and gain confidence creating the life you desire. You begin by filling out an assessment. The results help me to get to know a little bit about you and speed up the process so we can start working on what you want right away! You work one-on-one with me by email or skype.com (free online service using webcam/voice). I will ask you questions to help clarify what you really want. Based on your responses and needs, I'll give you suggestions and we'll determine the next course of action for you. We will email each other once a week. You will get a response from me within 2 days. You can email anytime it suits your schedule. You will have a written record of our conversations and can revisit conversations to help keep track of your progress. All coaching sessions are held in the strictest confidence.

KIDS BIRTHDAY ART PARTY
Birthday child and their friends attend and I provide the art activities and fun. Kids will have one or two activities that suits
