My masters in management of organizational behavior is an interdisciplinary approach to the study of organizational effectiveness, drawing on the fields of organizational management, psychology, communication, and economics.

CO-ED DRUM CIRCLES

Drumming is a basic method to go into a harmonious, meditative trance. I provide co-ed or women only drumming circles. No musical experience is needed. 

Benefits:
• Learn to create harmony
• Fun break from daily tasks
• Relaxes the body and mind

THE VALUE OF DESIGN

You may understand the importance of design in a marketing strategy but does your company or clients. I can communicate its value to new and existing clients.

Some discussion topics:
• How good design is effective
• Eco-friendly marketing options 
• Integrating creative solutions

HOLISTIC TEAMWORK

Teamwork is critical to your 
business success in a fast changing and multicultural world. Employees need to learn methods for working in a community with varied skills and learning styles.

CONFERENCE EVENT COORDINATING

I can consult/create promotional materials to reach your targeted audience, provide team building exercises to motivate volunteers, and assist in constructive idea creation for needed areas. Below show what I have organized and promoted.
